    Coaching provides guidance, accountability, and motivation, helping clients gain clarity, make decisions, and develop strategies for growth and success. Coaches may specialize in areas like career, relationships, wellness, or overall life balance.

  • While coaching may draw from techniques used in therapy, it operates from a non-pathological perspective. Coaches do not diagnose or treat. Unlike therapy, which focuses on past experiences and recovery, coaching is forward-looking and centers on self-determination, with the client as the expert in their own life.
    Using approaches like Appreciative Inquiry and Motivational Interviewing, coaching addresses unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, while highlighting values, strengths, and resources. This helps clients build confidence, optimism, and authenticity as they move toward their goals.

  • If you’re curious about coaching, start with a free virtual discovery session where I’ll explain the process, answer your questions, and explore your goals—no commitment required.
    When you’re ready, we’ll schedule a 45-60 minute session via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Together, we’ll identify your goals, challenges, and needs. Depending on your preferences, we can arrange a few sessions for targeted goals or routine weekly/biweekly sessions for ongoing support.
    Each session begins with you setting the agenda, allowing us to focus on what’s most relevant to your overall vision. Through reflective listening and inquiry, we’ll explore your priorities and determine actionable steps to move forward confidently.

  • I offer my coaching services at just $100 per hour because I believe that mental and emotional well-being should be accessible to all. Everyone deserves the opportunity to foster their own well-being; it is not a luxury.

    The Hourly Fee includes:

    • Weekly 60-minute, 1-on-1 sessions

    • Comprehensive wellness assessment

    • Unlimited guidance and support via email

    • Helpful tools, tips, and tricks for navigating your unique obstacles
