what to expect

  • Discovery Call

    During our first intake session, we will spend some time getting to know each other and discussing what coaching is and what is not, and exploring your reasons for seeking coaching. I will ask questions about your personal and professional goals, current challenges, and your unique needs.

  • Session

    In a supportive and non-judgmental environment, we will explore your vision, identify goals and obstacles, to develop a plan that can empower and support your desired outcome. We will employ a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you build resilience and learn strategies to deal with your challenges.

  • action

    Coaching is forward-looking. After each session, you will decide on the steps to get closer to your goals. Through resources and exercises, I will support your progress between sessions. We will use techniques like goal setting, action plans, and accountability systems to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
