Something about me —Italy
“Open my heart and you will see,
Graved inside of it, Italy. ”
— Robert Browning
If you’re here, you might be interested in coaching, and perhaps you’re seeking some direction. Before you decide whether I could be your coach or not, I’d like you to get to know me and learn a bit about me.
Above all, I’m a person who values connection, understanding, and personal growth. My life experiences—some joyful, some painful—have shaped my beliefs and opened my heart to the beautiful complexity of being human. They’ve also taught me to slow down and truly appreciate the diverse perspectives and stories that each individual carries.
Beyond that, I’m just a girl (now a bit older) from Italy with big dreams of making the world a better place. I don’t always make grand gestures; I prefer to create small, meaningful ripples that I hope reach people when they need them the most.
I believe that life doesn’t need to be louder to be fuller.
It needs to be intentional.
It needs to be felt.
It needs to be lived.
My personal and professional philosophy is inspired by La Dolce Vita—not just the cliché of espresso cups and Vespa rides (though I do love both), but a deeper way of seeing life:
Through the lens of simplicity,
With a reverence for quality,
And a belief in the beauty of a slower, fuller, more connected rhythm.
La Dolce Vita, for me, is both timeless and meaningful.
It’s about being true to yourself.
It’s about savoring the moments.
And it’s about never letting life—or you—become boring.
This isn’t about hustle. It’s about harmony.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
This is about living well—and living your way.
Whether I’m hosting The Wellness Cup podcast, supporting a medical resident through a tough season, or helping someone rediscover their confidence, my work always comes back to this:
Acceptance
Belonging
Commitment
These are the foundations I build everything on. From those roots, we grow.
This philosophy is also the inspiration behind The Wellness Cup, where my cohost Fred and I invite people from all over the world to slow down, sip something warm, and reconnect with themselves. One episode at a time, we explore the richness of Mediterranean wisdom and what it means to live both fast and slow. In this space, I hope you find not just tips or tools—but something more lasting:
→A safe, gentle place to come home to yourself.
→A reminder that you matter.
→That your life, in all its complexity, is worthy of care and celebration.
So welcome.
Take a breath.
Stay a while.
Ciao,
Madda 💙
